Lila is the AI sleep coach (Premium tier). When you send Lila a message, we send your active child's recent activity logs (sleep, feed, diaper) plus your message to Anthropic so the response is contextual. We do not send your daily check-in entries. Anthropic does not retain conversations for model training.
